When Our Education System Fails to Prepare Us for Real Jobs

  “Work hard, get good grades, and you’ll get a good job.” That’s the line we’ve heard since school. I’m in my final year of BTech now, and honestly? That advice feels like a scam. 📚 What We’re Taught vs. What We Actually Need Our college experience mostly revolves around theory-heavy lectures, last-minute assignments, and mugging up answers for exams. If you ask me what I remember from first-year subjects, the honest answer is: almost nothing useful.
